I realized I didn't really give a review of the ribs. They were great. The BBQ sauce was unlike any I have tasted. Smokey, but not overwhelming smokehouse. Although I did not feel like I was going to hurl on stage, I was graced with smokehouse flavored burps. It was interesting because the ribs themselves lacked that flavor. Life is just full of surprises, huh?

I found the reference to "burping" to be highly offensive and have already made a full formal complaint to the FCC. Hopefully they will act swiftly and decisively. Dad
I, on the other hand, found that the reference to burping smokehouse just made me want to have some of my own tasty Texan ribs so that I could personally experience my own smoky burps. Fingers crossed.
